Why did you receive an email from us?

Email addresses are supplied to us by our clients or through a third-party service, to target the population from which we want to receive survey responses. Occasionally, FMR will collect email addresses by telephone to conduct specific surveys. FMR Associates only uses these email addresses to conduct surveys.

What do we use your information for?

Most of our surveys do not collect personally identifying information, and answers are not linked to the email from which the survey link was clicked. For the few surveys that do collect personally identifying information, it is only used to send reminder information (in the case of music testing sessions) or to provide rewards for completing certain types of surveys.  All demographic information collected in a survey (gender, age, income, etc.) is used only in aggregate. All questions in our surveys are strictly a matter of personal opinion and all answers will be kept totally confidential and used for research purposes only. No one will contact you as a result of your answers, and you will not be re-contacted to purchase a product or service from any survey.

The site we use to collect survey data is www.alchemer.com. They use cookies to follow the progress of a survey and determine if it is completed. Any identifying information (IP, etc.) that Alchemer may collect is not used by FMR Associates.

Contact Form Data

The only data required on the main contact form is name, email address and what type of survey you are looking to conduct. This information is sent directly to those who are responsible for returning contact for your inquiry. This data is not stored on the website, or used for any other purpose than returning contact.

Other Potential IP Tracking

We do not allow comments on our website, and we do not use Google Analytics or any other method to track visitors to the site.
